I don't actually know the answer but I don't see why they would take action your not technically doing anything wrong, the testers are there for people to use and test out, your just being clever about using them I suppose, and potentially saving yourself a bit of money, I would just be careful and go to different shops so the employers don't get suspicious
No, the shop would have no cause for legal action, but why not take advantage of their service whereby they make you up with their products?, obviously hoping that you will eventually buy the stuff. I'm crap at putting on makeup so when I used to wear it I did that most days
There was a case a couple of years ago where a 14 yr old girl was arrested %26amp; prosecuted for Stealing by doing the same thing,it caused quite a stir as her Mother was with her at the time! so I suppose yes you could get into trouble for using testers etc for a free make-over.
no testers are there to use, as long as you are not opening the goods that they sell, but do you really want to put make up on your face that everyone has had their fingers in, you could get infections or catch something nasty, you dont know where they have had their fingers or mouths.
Its rude because you're testing without the intention to buy. Otherwise, the only thing you might get in trouble for is when you get a skin infection because you used testers that hundreds of other people used.
Haha - i used to do that on my lunch hour at school. Well, testers are there for a reason so go for it, however, be aware that they do carry a lot of germs.





They can't take action for someone who is testing a tester!
Eeeew that is DISCUSTING not to mention taking the p iss! Its up to the store manager to decide whether they take action on you or not, probably ban you from the shop or something.

I would be more worried about the bacteria %26amp; germs you are putting on your, you never know who has been using it. I mean imagine if they had some kind of skin condition, or a cold sore
They might not like it but they can't do anything about it. They're testers and you're testing them all together, it's perfectly reasonable. (Ok you're taking advantage, but they can't prove that).

They cant really do anything about it as they are called 'testers' they are there for you to test and thats all you're doing!!!!
I don't think so, but they will try to talk you into buying everything. It's annoying, but it's their job.
