Hmm interesting question, when I read this one, I was kinda stumped. I know all kinds of eye opener tricks to do with make up, but other things that help with ';plumping'; the eyes is to wear a color that brings out the color in your eyes! Another thing is to curl your eyelashes, that always makes your eyes stand out. And if you dont think that the eye lash curler is curling your eyelashes well enough, go out and buy a plastic one, and bring it home open it up, and get out your hair dryer. Turn your hair dryer on and hold your eye lash curler out from it, like 4 inches or so, and heat it up just a little, not to hot to burn your eye but just long enough to make it a little warm, then it works just like a curling iron. But be careful with it, dont wonna hurt your eyes!!

it helps your eyes stick out, then use a goldish eyeshadow, if you want bigger eyes.
For about $10.00, Rite Aid drug store sells a eyelash curling iron.


You could get your eyelashes permed. Talika eyelash extender, and a little mascara. All the above mentioned I have experienced and recommend.
