What looks better when a girl wears makeup or no makeup?

Personally, I look better without makeup because I'm so bad at applying it that it always turns out looking awful.


So many girls are self conscious of themselves without makeup, but they still look beautiful.What looks better when a girl wears makeup or no makeup?
no makeup, because it really doesnt add anything, and so many wear too much, thinking more is better. If you do use it, less is more.

Definitely makeup. Most people have at least one problem with their skin, so trying to cover that stuff up would be good. It just depends on how much makeup people use and in what situations.
with makeup :) but of course, applied with the proper technique and not too much. I doubt celebrities would look good if they didnt wear makeup
