How to put on makeup when no double eyelid?

sooo i'm asian hahaha. and i have NO double eyelids. i've managed to put my eye shadow on to a certain extent. however, for those who have double eyelids i understand it can be easier becus you have ';the line'; butttt when i do mine sometimes its a bit too much covering the WHOLE eye makin it look weird. how can i put on just the right amount of eye shadow without ';going overboard'; due to not having double eyelids? How to put on makeup when no double eyelid?

she has sooo many videos on many gorgeous ways of putting on makeup on single eyelids. Make sure to check it out!How to put on makeup when no double eyelid?
Apply the highlighter shade to the brow bone starting at the inner corner of the eye and sweeping out. Apply the midtone shade to the entire lid, blending into the highlighter shade. Apply the accent shade in the crease starting at the outer corner of the eye and finishing two-thirds of the way toward the inner eye. Make sure the inner eye area is lighter and emphasize the crease with a darker shade to help create the illusion of more of an eyelid. Finally apply eyeliner on a thin line from corner to corner of upper lashline. A lighter shade of eyeliner can be applied on the lower lashes to help the eyes appear more open. practice, practice, practice and you'll be a pro in no time!
Start darkest at the lash line and go lighter as you go up about to 1/2 to 3/4 of your entire lid. If it looks too dark, use a (your) flesh toned powder shadow to cover the entire area. You'll get a lighter version. And always, blend, blend, blend. If your eyes are close set, keep the inner corners lighter. Practice when you don't have any place to go, wash it off, and practice some more. Asian eyes are beautiful.
I'd say focus on the lips. Use mascara and eyeliner but don't worry about eyeshadow, just show use some nice lipstick/gloss/lip liner. I think it's best to focus on one area, if you put makeup on eyes and lips it can be too much.
I stopped after Asian. That's amazing. :D

Hope his helps!
