it obviously depends if they have natural beauty. i have seen beasts turn into beauties because of makeup. but i have seen pretty girls apply their makeup like sh*t.





light makeup enhances beauty, in turn does make them prettier. but some people over do it. but honestly...get a beautiful woman and add some enhancing touches---she WILL be prettier.
He never had any real complaints when I did wear make-up, but my ex always thought it was silly of me to think I needed to put on lipstick, eyeshadow, or anything like that because he thought I looked just fine wearing nothing but chapstick. If you've got it, you've got it. If you don't, you don't, and you just have to make the most of it. I'd suggest keeping your skin healthy and applying chapstick, if your lips have a tendency to dry out. Other than that, unless it's a special occasion (formal dance/party, fancy date, etc.), don't fuss over make-up so much, and even then, keep it light and natural. Heavy make-up never looked good on anyone.
Unfortunately most of us are trained to see women in makeup, although it seems more and more like a primitive thing to do. Its really a lie; you don't look like that.





Perhaps if woman stopped wearing it men would then be deprogrammed as to what beauty is, and also be free to fall in love with inner beauty as well.

makeup does not make the girl , its how she cares her self how she dress

i think if you're really pretty you dont need it and if you're ugly it wont help. makeup cant make ugly people prettier but it can enhance average-looking peoples nicer feautures=p~ so basically i think that if applied properly most people benifit from it.
It depends. Everyone is beautiful in their own way.





Some girls look amazing with makeup because it suits them.(It doesn't mean that they are ugly)





Some girls look ridiculous with makeup and looks far much better without it.(There isn't anything wrong with that)
I'm not a guy, but i just wanted to answer for the fun of it and if i was a guy, i would say that girls do look better without make-up... :)

Well, I guess it also depends. Some girls put on WAY too much makeup and it makes them looks slxtty. But some girls are really good with makeup and they make it look natural and beautiful.
No some girls need it. Others mainly the really pretty ones can go without it and still look beautiful.

Personally I would say so, but sometimes a little lip colour can enhance a complexion on a cold day.
Im not a guy but in my opinion is that girls look ok with a bit of make-up not tonnes of it.
