Start with some pressed powder . It's easy and keeps shine away from face.

Go to a makeup counter with testers . Choose the powder that looks closest to the skin colour on your face. Test on jawline . If the colour matches your skin , it should be quite invisible (not looking to light or too dark )

Tinted lipbalm that matches exactly your natural lip colour

Look at models in magazines and search the internet for makeup tips. You should be able to come up with something. Pay attention to eye colors and shades of eyeshadow (that colorful stuff that goes on your eyelids).
You can go on www.youtube.com and look up makeup stuff and go to a makeup counter at a drugstore and if your like nervous about asking a makeup person ask them what shade a family member should wear that looks exactly like you.
I think that it would be the same thing as a young girl for the first time. Ask someone who wears makeup to show you how to put it on so you don't look like a clown.

i never put on makeups because i thought all makeups contain chemical that's bad for the skin

but i've heard a lot about mineral makeup lately.

mineral makeup CAN give benefits to the skin, and can also clear it, and protect it from the sun.

However, if you don't use a moisturiser or sunscreen, your skin can dry out, making mineral makeup beneficial to your skin.

It cannot reduce allergies.

Mineral make-up has an natural SPF so is good for protecting your skin from the sun, but make sure if you do use it to pick one that hasn't had talc added to it, which is clogging and no good and means it is not pure minerals as they have used the talc as a filler.

Also if you have breakouts/uneven skin, it really does seem to help sort it out and still look natural.

I use the Aspirin Mask...I do not have acne, but my son has occassional flare ups and I make him use this and it clears them right up .......It really does work well.....

Recipe:

6-8 uncoated, regular strength aspirin (no name is good)

A few squirts of Warm Honey or Water or Aloe Vera Gel then

Mix until paste like consistency.

Routine:

1. Cleanse skin with normal cleanser.

2. Steam skin with a really warm cloth.

3. Apply mask for about 15-20 mins.

3. Rinse and using the aspirin bits as a scrub. Massage gently.

4. Use a light moisturizer if you have oily skin. A heavier one if you have dry skin.

Words of Caution:

It should definitely be noted that anyone who's allergic or sensitive to aspirin, is pregnant or breastfeeding or has a pre-existing medical condition, including asthma or a bleeding problem, probably should avoid using this or any other salicylic acid product.

The aspirin mask really helps with redness and swelling. Use it a couple times before picture day.

Purelll will dry out your skin, making your pimples dry and flaky (yuck!)

Eye drops for redness also help tone down the red. It sounds pretty far-out, but it really does work.

So, I'd recomend using an over the counter overnight acne spot treatment containing salyclic acid (or however you spell it) and benzyl peroxide. Do the aspirin mask during the day, and dab on some eye drops an hour or so before the pictures.

Proactiv is great, but can sometimes make your acne worse when you first start using it.
Well I use proactiv, but if you are not willing to spend $50 for that, you can use purell hand sanitizer. Just make sure that it has aloe in it. It is supposed to kill bacteria and dirt, which is what acne pretty much is.
Wash your face.

This can be real easy to solve.

* Wash your face twice a day; once in the morning, and then again before you go to bed.

* Use a lightweight moisturizer (heavy ones usually contain oil, which can just clog your pores) after washing up.

* Every other day, use a clay mask, which will help minimize zits and decrease the redness. Sally's Beauty Supply has some good kinds, and they're only like $6.

* Try dabbing some toothpaste (the paste kind, not the gel kind) on individual zits before you go to bed.

Also, I know you said no makeup, but if you're open to ideas, try some gentle, hypoallergenic water-based coverup. CoverGirl works real well. Just make sure you get the right shade.

I think it doesn't matter how much you wear, just how it looks. Makeup should enhance, not make a statement of its own. Foundation, a little blush, a bit of mascara, and lip gloss close to real color. Don't, for example, wear bright red lipstick, purple blush, colored mascara, and so on. Mascara: okay Eyeliner: Only in super-light shades
The less make up the better imo. But if you do little things here and there to enhance your look its not a big deal.

I'm almost 23, but never wear makeup. I used to wear makeup for fun when I was a preteen, but by 15 I realized that the natural look is easier to maintain. LOL. It also saves time and energy. I'm just afraid of looking too ';made up'; or too ';refined'; for my taste.

I like wearing cute outfits and fashionable jewellery and some lipgloss maybe, but I try to leave me skin and hair as they are.

I'm 27. I have found that I get more approaches from guys without makeup and with old shoes. My guess is that it shows that I'm not high-maintenance and I wouldn't be scary to wake up to.... Besides, who wants to kiss paste and dust? Therefore, I would say you are smart because good makeup is pricey and good acne products are just as bad. The only thing I might recommend is a good brown/black mascara, especially if you wear glasses. You can apply it every 3 days for a more natural ';dressy'; look (i.e., it doesn't all wash off with your normal face soap for a day or two).
I'd say confident. Make-up can usually enhance a girl's looks, but some look great as they are, and it seems... I dunno, sexier, really. Like, say a girl looks like hell and she still wears no make-up because she's fine with how she looks that day, even if it's not her best. If you're comfortable with yourself and how you feel and look, there you go. It seems very cool.

by going out and talking to people and getting used to everything with no makeup, it boosts your confidence completely!

This really works for me. Try spending atleast 5 minutes on your face before you go out. Not makeup. First wash then use mask or scrub then toner. Then top it off with a wonderful face moisterizer just right for you. You leave the house feeling like you were just pampered because you were

I can relate. I actually forgot to put makeup on this morning before work and I usually don't leave the house without at least mascara.
First of all think of it like this, make-up only enhances what you already have. You shouldnt rely on make-up to make you feel pretty because you have all those pretty features, the makeup just adds a bit of color to them. So when your without make up just keep a smile on your face and that will show people that your confident in yourself and they wont even notice that your not wearing any makeup. they will notice how confident you are!

No it's not!!! I had some boyfriends and none of them sad anything about me why i don't wear makeup. Why no red makeup around the eyes?

I was recently applying some red makeup to test some different looks for videos I like to make, and I read that you're not supposed to put red makeup around your eyes (go figure) After washing it off, there are no visible differences between my eyes and their vision. Why the warning? and is there something without the risk of whatever that I can put around my eyes for a dramatic effect?Why no red makeup around the eyes?

I recently asked the make-up artist at my favorite counter the same question, and this is what she said: The red pigments in the shadow can irritate some peoples' eyes, if you tend towards sensitive eyes, this could be the case with you. It's similar with purple shadows that also have red pigments in them.

But mostly, it's because the red coloring tends to make you look tired and bloodshot. It's not a very attractive look...
First of all, do go with what you want. Those 'do's' and 'dont's' you read online are all meant to grab individual's attention, all for the purpose of advertising and makin money. Just like those '10 new sex..moves...will make you..***?' magazines. All to spend money. Them, to make money.

Second, my answer to your question. If youre doing it for films or anything art-sy like related, do it! Only reason its not recommended to apply red around your eyes, is because from an attractive-sexy-hot-cute-handsome point of view...well it just doesnt look right. All of that personality-psychology-eye-contact stuff are in it, why its not recommended.

I don't think that are any risks with wearing red eye make-up except it will make you look weird and your eyes will look bloodshot red. You can however try blue eye shadow which is very trendy this season.
I doubt it's a safely hazzard. You're not supposed to wear red eyemakeup because it can make you look alternately high, sick, or like you just finished crying.

Okay you can either go to a college that teaches it as a course, they will help ALOT with getting you into the industry, ive only been going to one since the beginning of the school year and im starting to get jobs.

Or you could start working freelance, offer to do prom makeup or party make up, etc etc.

But you will need to learn some hair dressing skills, not like cutting, but maybe root touch up, period hairstyles, etc etc.
If You want to just do Makeup! Do Not go to cosmetology school, They will only teach you State Board Makeup, Meaning basic Safety rules on Makeup They wont teach you styles or Techniques or Major Mu stuff (trust me I went to Cosmo School %26amp; Makeup School)

If you want a liscence Than I suggest Ehsthetician school which majors in Skin care, Facials, %26amp; Makeup!!

Or just go to Makeup Schools , You dont need to attend to become one but it helps plus certain schools can reccomend you for jobs After your course completion!!
i would consider working at a make-up counter in a department store and watch how other apply make-up until you're ready to and then decide whether school is right for you. not all artists need school
start small and get known, try practising on friends and realitives , then when you think you really want to become a professional take courses. good luck

Then brush teeth, or do hair, or put on clothing, so moisture is ALL absorbed.

2] apply your foundation, blush, or bronzer, if you use any of them.

3] brush a loose tranlucent powder ALL OVER your face - eyelids, eveywhere - so you have a dry, non-oily base; and to set the makeup.

It sounds like it's your skin that's making your eye makeup disappear. A primer underneath your eye shadow should really do wonders (like Urban Decay's Primer Potion), and layering a base underneath it. MAC has Shadesticks, Paints, and Paint Pots, but if those are a little pricey for you, L'Oreal HIP has products that are similar. Those will intensify the colors that you're using, so even if they fade a little, it won't be noticeable. So start with a primer, then do a matching base over that, and your eyeshadow on top of that, and you should be perfect. Good luck!

finish off with powder before putting on eyeshadow to absob oil and prolong the eyeshadow. Then put the eyeshadow.

Try Urban Decay. They have this primer for eyeshadow that many swear by.
It could actually possibly be oily skin. Try finding a face wash that helps oily skin and then put on you makeup. Or maybe water got mixed with you makeup? It might be unlikely but still.

Also foundation could help make your makeup stick.

well, cover-up and foundation are probably best. mainly because it hides your flaws and because it's not really obvious your wearing make-up. other than that, maybe mascara, as long as it's not too dark and extreme. Anything else would be too obvious. Lipgloss could work, too-if it's not too shiny.No mAkEuP!!!!!!!!!!!!?

Well i'm 13 and what i did to start wearing makeup is i just started wearing it a couple years ago. Buy some when your out with your friends and while your at school put on the makeup before classes.

Get proactive for your acne problems and tweeze your eyebrows so you have a nice arch. Also, find a nice hairstyle that will compliment your face shape.
always clean your face before you go to bed..so you wont get acne...make sure you get enough sleep so you wont get dark circles. make sure your lips arent chapped, and pluck your eyebrows
bite your lips to make it look red. You can always use acsessories. Like earings, nice bows. Try and you will look great.
I can only help you on the zits and lip gloss part.

1) Get astringent for your face

2) Eat cherries. They leave a stain on your lips that looks like lipgloss/stick but isn't.

Talk to your mom about getting Pro-Active to clear up your acne. Tell her then you wouldn't have to wear make up. If you can't do that Cover Girl has Tru-Blend make up that comes in shades. You match it to the nearest color of your skin and when you put it on you can't tell you have it on, it blends right in. You only need ';a little'; when you use make up. Most girls make the mistake of putting on to much. The secret is to look like you have no make up on and that is what Tru-Blend does. I got it at K-Mart ,costs about $8. Good luck. Oh by the way don't call yourself ugly have some self esteem and you'll see the ';swan'; appear.
if you can't wear makeup then work with what you have. If you are 13 then it is normal for you to have acne prob. When I was 15 -16 I had this horrible acne for a year then it left as fast as it came. I would advise asking your mom to get your some proactiv for your skin. When I was 13, I was in the same boat as you...my mom wouldn't let me wear any makeup either.

First, the best thing to do is to let you mom read this response, and see if she agrees before you follow any advice.

You may look at your mom as being overprotective now, but in the future you will thank her for her wisdom and advice.

Second, you should never call yourself ugly. Everyone, no matter how tall or short, thin or heavy, young or old, has beauty in some form.

I don't know what you look like, but I am SURE you aren't ugly.

plus, your looks aren't predetermined at 13.

As you get older, you will grow into yourself, and you will become a lovely young lady. give it time

And as for boys....don't listen. Boys are the nastiest creatures on the earth at your age.

With that being said, here are some ways that you can ';look better'; without wearing makeup:

1.The best thing you can do for yourself, and that includes your appearance, your health and your energy level, is drink water.

it may seem simple, but making sure that you get 6-8 glasses of water a day will give you more energy, it will help your body remove toxins, which will help your body function better and will improve your skin, and it will help you maintain a healthy weight.

2. Along that same line, eatting right will also help you body to remove toxins and waste, and function properly. this will help your skin to clear up and help you maintina a healthy weight.

Now, I am not saying diet, nor am i saying you have to give up food. Eatting right just means balancing your diet. Limit you junk food such as pizza, chocolate, chips, and soda/pop. these carry too much sugar and fat. these things are ok once in a while, but try to limit how many times a week, and how much you eat of these foods. Eat plenty of protein (chicken, fish, meat and nuts) veggies (especially the green ones like broccoli, and zucchini) and fruits (peaches bananas apples and oranges are especially good for a girl your age.) You also want to make sure you get some dairy in there (milk, yogurt cheeses, and even occasionally ice cream!) Making sure to get a balanced diet every day is important to feeling and looking your best.

3. Exercising. Same as the above two, exercising will keep your body functioning properly and help you to look and feel better. You want to make sure you maintain a healthy weight now, as it gets harder as you get older and your metabolism slows down. Noticve also that i am saying HEALTHY WEIGHT. This does not mean you have to look like the girls in magazines. A healthy weight is different for everyone,and depends on your height. you can find a health chart online to see what your healthy weight it, according to your hieght. For example A healthy weight for someone my height (5'3';) is 125 lbs. but the healthy range is 110-145 lbs. As long as I am in between those two weights I am considered in excellent health.

They say you should exercise 30 minutes every other day. this doesn't mean going crazy and running a marathon or doing crazy aerobics! You can if you wnt, but doing something as simple as going for a 30 minute walk, or riding a bike would be just fine:)

4. Get enough sleep! This is really important for a girl your age. Getting 6-8 hours of sleep every single night helps you body to refresh. If you get less than 6 hours of sleep, you can become irratble, stressed and can even suffer fom memory loss throughout the day. But getting more than 8-10 hours of sleep is no better. It can slow your whole body down, making you sleepy and not able to concentrate.

Along with all of these natural ways to help you look better, here are some good non-makeup cosmetic ways to look your best:

1. Make sure to shower daily. Use a shower gel/body wash with built in lotion (such as Oil of Olay Body Butter Ribbons) to help keep you clean and keep your skin soft.

2. Keep your hair shiny and clean, but don't over do it! ne of the biggest mistakes Poepl make is that your hair ALWAYS has to be washed every day. This is not true. in Fact, unless you hair is very naturally oily, washing your hair every day can damage your hair and make it look overly dry. If your hair is not very oily,. try washing your hair only every other day to help retain it's moistrue. Also make sure you are using a shampoo that is appropriate for your hair type. If you have thick hair, use a moisturizing shampoo with anit-frizz. if you have thin hair try a volume boosting shampoo. If you hair is curly, make sure you get a shampoo that is good for curly hair. A good shampoo line that is inexpensive and has a shampoo for just about every hair type is SunSilk or Herbal Essences. ALways use a conditioner for medium length to long hair (this is anything below the shoulders). Apply it to the ends of your hair , it will keep it shiny.

3. Find a good facial cleanser and moisterizer. At the age of 13, your hormones are kicking in, and your face and everything else is probably going crazy. A teenage girls best friends are her face cleaner and moisterizer. Every teen needs to pay particular attention to their face, and regular soap is not a good anser. Because your face is so much more sensitive, using a regular skin soap can damage your face and dry it out, while still leaving pimples. Try L'Oreal Pure Zone Foaming Facial Cleanser. it is good for any skin type and not to pricey. It works wonders!

Also, It is alwasy a good idea to have a moiturizer for afterwards. Cleaning your face leaves it bacteria free, but it also removes all the natural oils that protect your face. The last thing you need is a flakey face!

Try Tea Tree Oil Mattifying Moisture gel from The Body Shop. you can get it only or at any body shop store,a nd it keeps your face oil free, while moisturizing. it also has tea tree extracts to fight blemishes! I have used it for years!!!

4. Finally, remember, you don't need makeup to look good, or to ';be cool';. Keep yourself clean, eat healthy, brush your teeth, comb your hair. Dress nice, and try your best to folow a ';beauty regime'; as i outlined above.

You will feel better, look better and your mom will thank you for not fighting her on the makeup issue.

In the meantime, sit down with her and talk (don't whine, or beg, but really talk and show her repesct, she knows what she is doing believe it or not...haha) to her about possible future makeup endeavors. It is important to know your guidlines.

Ask her:

1. What age she will allow you to wear makeup, and whatever she says, be ok with that. After all, the lastest you will not be allowed is 18. 16 is when I was allowed to start wearing makeup, and i think that is a reasonable age, and she probably will too.

2. If she would be willing to consider letting you wear clear nail polish. it may not be much, but it is a place to start. if she is ok with that, in a years time (when you are 14, ask if you could start wearing clear lip gloss (like bonne bell lip smackers). Try to work with your mom, and find out what she thinks is acceptable and when.

In the meatime, keep your chin and hopes up and don't listen to those boys!
Use a cleanser on your face - even if it's just a bar of Ivory soap and water. Shower every day - cleanliness is close to Godliness, they say. That should help with the acne a bit, though even good hygiene won't necessarily get rid of it. :]

13? I think you should sit down with your mom. Don't just come out of the blue and say, ';I'm 13, I think I should be able tow ear makeup.'; Ask her if there's a time, maybe this weekend, when you two can sit down and have a talk and really discuss this. :D

Have a paper ready - with all your reasons for wearing makeup. Don't say anything whiny, like ';But everybody else is doing it';

Let her talk, and don't interrupt, with her opinion. Follow up with yours. The paper is only to keep your thoughts organized - it's not a speech, don't write everything down word for word.

Tell her you think makeup would help your self-image improve and make you feel more confident. Ask if you can start out small - nailpolish, lipgloss, and loose powder. Show her than you can wear these reponsibly, and gradually ask her if you can wear more, after she's more comfortable with you wearing these basics. Ask her to sit down for another talk, maybe wait 6 months-a year first.

Tell her you'd like to extend the makeup you wear, with her approval. Let's not get into that though, as that will be sometime in the not-so-near future. :]

If she says no after your talk, accept it as her final opinion. Ask her for her reasons - don't ask whiny, again. Just calmly ask, ';Can you please tell me why you're not comfortable with my wearing makeup?';

Take it slowly, don't try to jump into things. Make sure you let her know you value her opinion. And I hope all goes well for you. ^^

Next know your a beautiful person inside and out and then others will follow. At 13 you really don't need to wear any makeup. I know you want to, all 13 year old girls do. I let my daughter. She is 13 and she wear it so it look natural. I feel sorry for you. My advice would be take good care of your skin. Wash your face twice a day, use a good face wash, toner, and mosturize even if you have acne. I don't get why you can't paint your nails. You know, Makeup isn't that great of a thing. It's not good for our skin, or for our bodies (with all those wierd chemicals it puts in us), or the way we feel about ourselves. By not wearing makeup, you're doing yourself a big favor.

Not wearing maeup may actually make you more likeable. It shows that you are true and real by not hiding behind some mask of makeup, and a lot of guys like that. People won't judge you by how well your makeup is done, but rather look at you and see your true natural beauty. I know exactly how you feel because I was seventeen when I started wearing makeup. It doesn't make you any less likeable as a girl unless the guy is completely seperficial and not worth your time. It isn't weird at all. Many girls start wearing makeup very young and then they have bad skin later in life and lots of acne, especially from foundation. Even now I don't wear foundation. Don't let anyone make you think you're less feminine than everyone else because you don't cake on the makeup. My advice: wait a little while longer before you wear any. It'll give you the confidence to know you can look good without it.

As a student, I wore mascara, sunscreen, lipstick ( mauve or taupe) simple and lovely. At night I added brown shadow, and red lipstick...that was it until I was in college. I always wore a foundation of sunscreen moisturizer and sometimes some powder. At 19, I trained and traveled the world as a makeup artist for the next three years.

So I would highly recommend that you look at magazines, and cataloges and pick a face you like that looks like yours and make it that way! I still wear the same classic styles, being MUCH older I have to wear makeup to cover my skin to protect it. I wear colors that make my eyes look great and my teeth sparkle. So choose wisely. If you don't like it trash it, you will never grow to like it.

I practiced with false lashes in junior high, since I knew as a dancer that was the only way to see my eyes on stage. These days, I wear them after 5 all the time for fancy things.

Oprah has them top/bottom and layers of makeup to look like that natural. Its not really to cover its to enhance your own beauty.

Can i become a makeup artist with no qualifications?

Ive always been good at applying makeup, do all my friends' on nights out etc, good at shaping eyebrows, done my research and have good sense of what colours suit different skin tones, hair colour etc. To do part-time make up with people for low-budget weddings etc (my area is not the classiest of places, and doesnt have the classiest of people!) do I need to be qualified? If they ask me I would say im not qualified. Can i become a makeup artist with no qualifications?
First of all, be honest. Not being qualified means that you can't charge huge rates and that you won't be insured, so the customer knows there will be a risk, but with that risk you get a cheaper price.

Secondly, to stop any potential customers not having you do their make up, create a portfolio.

You said you do all your friends make-up for nights out, did you take any pictures? If not, get all your friends together (with their permission for you taking their pictures to help you along your way), and do different styles (complicated to simplistic). Try and get every angle of colour and style so potential customers can see how good you are. If you can, get decent prints of the pictures so the colours don't look dull (or if you know someone who is good at taking pictures, ask them to give you a hand).

After all, not everyone gets good just from learning in a classroom, it's all about trial and error and experience, that's what customers like, hard evidence of how good you are, and how many years you've been doing what you enjoy doing.Can i become a makeup artist with no qualifications?
Qualification and certification are two different things. You don't need certification to professionally apply makeup but you do need to be qualified. Qualified meaning that you have experience applying makeup in a professional setting. Doing your friend's makeup on a Saturday night doesn't equate the professionalism that many brides and their wedding parties are seeking, regardless of their class.

Your best bet is to try gaining experience in a retail enivronment. If you can find a retail job where you can work with makeup and test it out on customers, you can then build up your confidence working on different ages and skin conditions. Getting yourself out there will help you book jobs.

Make sure the inner eye area is lighter and emphasize the crease with a darker shade to help create the illusion of more of an eyelid. Finally apply eyeliner on a thin line from corner to corner of upper lashline. Start darkest at the lash line and go lighter as you go up about to 1/2 to 3/4 of your entire lid. If it looks too dark, use a (your) flesh toned powder shadow to cover the entire area. You'll get a lighter version. And always, blend, blend, blend. If your eyes are close set, keep the inner corners lighter. Practice when you don't have any place to go, wash it off, and practice some more. Asian eyes are beautiful.
I'd say focus on the lips. Use mascara and eyeliner but don't worry about eyeshadow, just show use some nice lipstick/gloss/lip liner. I think it's best to focus on one area, if you put makeup on eyes and lips it can be too much.

Ask her for some simple things. Like mascara or lip gloss. As you get older you can start wearing eyeliner and foundation and everything. Just be like, ';Mom i want to start wearing makeup, and ill just start out with some mascara'; ie. After she gets used to seeing you with makeup on it will be easier for you to start wearing more. But sometimes more isnt better. I wore Mascara in 8th grade and eyeliner freshman year.
I'd reccomend asking your mom sometime OTHER than at the drugstore, such as at dinner or in the car. Politely say, ';Mom, I think I might be ready to start wearing makeup, not a lot, just a few things. I don't really have any, so could we maybe go buy some?'; If possible, save up money so you can buy it yourself. Trust me, your mom would really like that and she would probably be ';impressed'; lol. Maybe she thinks you're too young and ignoring you is how she is answering you. I think that's really rude on her part but hey it's her decision. Bring it up at dinner one night. You're beautiful without the make up. Save it for when you're in your 30's like me...then you'll need it! I don't wear make up every day. I did more when I was a teenager and in my 20's. After kids, there's not much time to make myself 'pretty'.

I'm 16 and I wear makeup only when I feel like it. Don't let others' standards rule you. If you think you look pretty without it, then do it! Makeup kind of makes me break out too, its not natural to be wearing a layer of paint over your face constantly and your skin doesn't like it.

You should ask her if there is another product she can use, or a translucent powder to make it more matte. Shiny may look ok normally, but most, if not all of your photographs will be made using a flash, which will highlight any shine or sparkle, making you look potentially oily or sweaty.

Offer the makeup to friends or cousins/nieces. If they don't want it either, why don't you try one of those agencies that help disadvantaged women through counseling, advocacy, and education? These agencies usually help women believe in themselves and to find employment, so if you also have nice clothes that you no longer like or wear it would help them greatly. If they are brand new make-up that I bought and never touched, I give it the Salvation Army. They look it over and pick out what they think will be more of use to someone.

are you an artist at all? you can use the colors to do art work ... drawings w/ color. i've done that before. instead of ';pastels'; (pastels are like paint chalk) I've used make up before. you don't have to let it go to waste if you are artistically inclined, or know someone who is who may want to use them.

i think something like this its cute and you could prob do it yourself, will be dressy with the dress but could also be worn in every day i recon!

id go for pinned up though definitely!
pin straight with a clip in it, or in a half ponytail, but I always think that straight always looks the most classy.

I put on Neutrogena radiance boost eye cream, clinique pore minimizer instant perfector, maybelline volume and length black mascara, and clinique 40 SPF super city block oil-free daily face protector everyday. Is putting these on safe enough so my skin stays youthful?

It sounds to me like you're taking a conscious effort in keeping your skin youthful and healthy. It looks like you have a safe regimen, just remember to be gentle with your skin. A gentle cleanser, a toning astringent, and your SPF facial regimen should do the trick! I personally don't think you're overdoing it....you have a good routine! it is not good toi have all that on your skin. mabey just some face mosrturzer, blush, gloss/lipstick because it may look good now but it will ruin you skin in the longterm. trust me i know my moms bestfreind did the same thing and now her natural skin looks AWFUL! And she is also now alergic to alot of make so she can't wear it. Hope this helps

No, not too much. You are just using eye cream, something for your pores, foundation with sun block and mascara. There is nothing wrong with taking the appropriate steps to protect your skin from harmful sun rays that can cause premature aging of your skin. Keep it up.
Hi I think you are doing great...the Sunblock is definately a must. I wish I knew this at your age and had started using it sooner. SUN is the BIGGEST reason for premature wrinkles and bad skin as you get older.

The rest I think are OK.

im a firm believer in the more stuff you put on your face the worst is going to be. think about it...does it really matter if you put on all that stuff to make your skin look youthful, if your stressing about it that much, you're going to get the lines and wrinkles anyways. its just something your not going to be able to avoid. sorry but its the truth - you should lay off some of the extra stuff and just stick to like a tinted moisturizer with sunblock - that works great for me!
The brands that you use such as neutrogena, and clinique are definitely safe in my opinion. Besides, it's normal for women during their 20's to use a lot of creams, toners, moisturizers and make-up - so don't be hesitant - primp all the way! (Should I say, the 20's are your ';hot'; years!)
i think that it is to much and some times when u wear makeup like that it makes u look older than u are and u need to wear one band of makeup so it wont mess with ur skin and all that make up will get into your pores and brake ur skin out so be careful with that makeup
