Whats the best way to remove stubborn water-proff mascara with no makeup remover or baby oil?

Baby wipes are good for getting most makeup off. You just have to rub a little, but not hard enough to pull your lashes off.Whats the best way to remove stubborn water-proff mascara with no makeup remover or baby oil?
Johnson's baby shampoo works well. Mix it with some water, soak a cotton pad in the solution and wipe off your eye makeup. It doesn't sting since it's baby shampoo.
I remove my waterproof mascara with Ponds Cold Cream. Don't follow the silava (sp) suggestion, talk about eye infections!!
vaseline, soap and water, (i know its gross but) saliva

edit:

someone said that itll give you eye infections. well don't do it then if your afraid of that duh (and it shouldn't be getting in your eye anyway as long as you wash it afterwards, but whatever.) you asked what would take it off and what you would have, and saliva is one of them. even though it is gross.
Vaseline.
vaseline
vaseline, face wash,soap %26amp; water.
I generally just use moisteriser on a towel or wash cloth after ive gotten out of the shower. The sooner you do it after you get out of the shower the better it works, but also works without showering - ie just a clean up throughout the day etc.

I used to use baby wipes but woth daily use they began to sting my skin.
cold cream
