Can pefect skin look as flawless bare (no makeup) as it can with foundation?

Dont we all wish! Everyone has at least 1 flaw in their face. Some people dont care and they accept themselves how they are..which is good. But I have never seen anyone with NO flaws at all naturally.Can pefect skin look as flawless bare (no makeup) as it can with foundation?
I guess...if someone actually had completely flawless skin, I've never met anyone like that.
