I'm not a guy, but heres the thing. Guys like girls with no makeup but they think you look best with makeup. But basically, you should do what makes you confident. Guys love confident girls.

Well, I'm a girl, so I would say that yes to makeup. However, not too much makeup, just minimal to hide flaws and enhance certain features.
If you look like a totally different person without your makeup, then, that's too much already. =\
