Okay, okay, you need to calm down.

First, for things that you dont know how to put on (such as eyeliner and mascara), I would suggest going to youtube and searching ';eyeliner tutorial'; or ';mascara tutorial'; something like that because they will show you step by step how to correctly apply whatever makeup you need help doing.

I would also suggest going to either a department store makeup counter, a Sephora, or a MAC store and they will answer pretty much every question you have about makeup. If you want to know what shade of foundation matches your skin tone, what color eyeshadow would look best with your eye color, how to apply certian makeup, and other questions like that they will gladly tell you all of the answers for free! The only downside is that they will probably reccomend you some products that will be expensive, so you should at least buy one or two as a way of thanking them for all their help and then purchase the rest at drugstores. Or maybe you should buy all/most of the products they reccomend, because they are the experts and all the makeup they reccomend to you will most likely be exactly what youre looking for. But whatever you want to do, go for it.

i hope that helps!

(oh, and p.s.: some drugstore brands that work for me are covergirl+maybelline for mascaras, and loreal h.i.p for shadows and liners!)I have no idea how to use makeup anyone have any good tips they could spare?
Use pencil eyeliner, not liquid. And the mascara depends, never buy the least expensive mascara, that is the one that normally clumps the most. I use fondation because i have an uneven skin tone, if yours is even you don't need it, and i only use coverup to put over any blemishes i might have, i NEVER use toner, and i use blush, just a light peachy-pink colour.

Hope this helps, remember don't over do it! : )
You need a good solid eyeliner, glimmersticks waterproof liner is great and on sale for $3.49. Use a toner first skin Purifying Astringent Blackhead Clearing Formula is a good one and only $2.99 on sale right now. Then use Magix Face perfector its a great primer. Use it on your lids too! It will keep your eyeshadow in liner in place! It's on for only $7.99 then follow with your foundation use

BEYOND COLOR Skin Smoothing Compact Foundation

you can just dab a little extra on zits etc it can act as a great coverup/concealor as well. It's only $12 but its buy one get one for $1.99 right now. You can get it all for less than you'd get one product for at the makeup counter! Great products too! You can get them at www.youravon.com/dhullum use code fsany for free shipping GL!
I like the cheapest of the cheap. It doesn't look as great (bummer %26gt;%26lt;) but the difference is not really obvious. I like to make my make up look pretty natural. Any foundation is good try not to use it over every part of your face though, blend it in. For eye liner if you apply it to the top lid use your index finger, close your eye and pull at the sides to get the wrinkles out of your eye lid. For mascara the worst part is getting the stuff on any part of you that isn't your eyelashes. Really. Once its in your eye brow, especially if your blonde your eye brow becomes like mud. If you like blush don't use it in large sizes.
